These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Infinae Labs LLC (“Infinae,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) services, including Mr. Q, course access, interactive lessons, student progress features, notes, summaries, and related services.

By using Infinae, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Infinae provides AI-supported online learning experiences. Our services may include interactive lessons, guided practice, student progress tracking, notes, summaries, course access, and related support.

Infinae is an educational support tool. It does not replace teachers, schools, parents, guardians, or qualified professionals.

2. Accounts and Authorized Use

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Students may use Infinae only with appropriate authorization from a parent, guardian, school, organization, or other authorized adult when required.

You may not use Infinae to break laws, harm others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, or misuse AI-supported features.

3. AI-Supported Learning

Mr. Q and related features are AI-supported. AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

Users should not rely on Infinae for legal, financial, medical, safety, mental health, emergency, or professional advice. Important decisions should be reviewed by a responsible adult or qualified professional.

Students should not enter private personal information into lesson chat or responses.

4. Course Access and Purchases

Course access may be free, purchased, granted by an organization, or provided for pilot/testing purposes.

Paid purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices, course access, enrollment windows, refund rules, and product availability may vary by course or offer.

Purchase completion does not occur until payment is successfully processed and access is confirmed by Infinae’s backend systems.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility may depend on the product, timing, access used, and applicable policy shown at checkout or in the relevant refund policy.

Refunds, if approved, may be processed manually. Access may be revoked, downgraded, or adjusted after a refund, duplicate payment correction, chargeback, or support correction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• share login credentials;

• attempt to access another user’s account;

• submit harmful, illegal, abusive, or malicious content;

• attack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service;

• bypass course access, payment, security, or usage limits;

• copy, redistribute, resell, or exploit Infinae content or system behavior without permission.

  
  

7. Intellectual Property

Infinae, Mr. Q, course materials, software, lesson delivery systems, designs, branding, and related materials are owned by Infinae Labs LLC or its licensors.

You may use course materials only for personal learning or authorized educational use. You may not copy, resell, publish, or redistribute Infinae content or platform materials without written permission.

8. User Content

Users may submit responses, messages, lesson work, and support communications. You grant Infinae permission to use this content as needed to provide the service, support learning sessions, maintain records, improve reliability, and operate the platform.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to provide.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service. We may change course availability, features, prices, or access rules over time.

We try to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimers

Infinae is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Infinae does not guarantee specific academic results, grades, test scores, admissions outcomes, or learning outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Infinae Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid to Infinae for the service giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates security risk, misuses the service, fails to pay required fees, or if continued access would create legal, operational, or safety concerns.

13. Privacy

Use of Infinae is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
